Asa new agency headed up by experienced recruitment professionals they were determined to keep things simple and personal. They needed a brand and website that demystified the whole process and showcased how they approach things differently.
Getting to know the founders, the Sparkloop team quickly realised that their hands-on approach was something to work with. Core to their business was problem solving, simplicity, transparency and putting people, not tech, first. So we made this core to their brand too.
Recruitment is a puzzle, we wanted the brand identity to reflect this, while communications set about solving it. With Cahoot's distinct quirky language and simple graphics we did just that.
