As a leading sports wholesaler in the GCC working with premium global brands, Grit+Tonic were well placed to take the next step into eCommerce.
We were asked to help with their branding and online offering. Their original thought was to call this new venture sportsouq.com. We felt this probably wasn’t the best start to build on their premium aspirations. Nor did it reflect the fact that the people behind the business were triathletes and sports fanatics in their own right. So back to the drawing board we went...
With our tried and tested Sparkloop process, we set about analysing the market – and the people behind the business. This led us to the name, 'Grit+Tonic' and a clear brand positioning. GT also happened to be the initials of the founder so the story behind the brand was set.
From here we built out a complete brand look and feel, mini guides, web designs, key messaging, packaging and more…
